We handle information about you a little differently depending on whether you are an unregistered customer browsing and shopping, or whether you have created an account and are thus a member. Below you can read about what applies to each category.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER
To be able to manage your orders and purchases do we need to process this data about you;
- First and last name
- Address, telephone number and e-mail
- Company Name (optional)
- Social security number (for certain payment options)
- Payment information and payment history
- Information about your order (e.g. order number, product, delivery address and invoice)
We do this with the legal basis execution of the purchase agreement; without this information we cannot fulfill our contract with you. We save the information for 36 months from the time delivery and payment have taken place in order to help you with any complaints and warranty matters.

We do this with the legal basis legal obligation , which means that we must handle the data in order to comply with the laws to which we are subject. If you should return within two years of us pseudonymizing your data, we will link your data with your previous visit to our site and can thus see that you are a repeat customer, and better understand how repeat customers generally use our site . If, however, more than two years have passed since we pseudonymized your data, we can no longer link the data, and your history is empty. Should you contact us and wish to exercise your right to be deleted, we will of course also not be able to retrieve any information about you.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AS A MEMBER
When you create an account at kumlinsuspension.se and thus become a registered member with us, you also approve ours purchase terms.
So that we can fulfill our agreement with you as a member do we need to process the following information about you;

- Information and history about all your orders, such as order number, product, delivery address, invoice, etc.
- Data collected from cookies and the like, for example which products you clicked on
We do this with the legal basis performance of the membership club agreement; without this information, we cannot fulfill our agreement with you and offer you the benefits that the registration and account provide under the terms of the agreement. We save the information until you have closed your account yourself or the account is automatically closed after 36 months of inactivity.
Please note that information such as your purchase history, your use of the site and similar information is needed for Nelly to be able to fulfill the agreement with you, and is therefore saved as long as you have an account with us according to the membership terms.
We rarely share information with others, but when we do it is to make it easier for you as a customer. If we were to share the information, it may be for the following purposes:
Service providers
In order to fulfill the purposes of our processing of your personal data, we share your personal data with companies that provide services to us, e.g. to manage the dispatch and delivery of your goods or to provide certain systems. An example of this could be postnord/dhl/schenker so that you can get your package delivered, as well as be able to receive notifications.
Payment service providers
To administer payments via the site, we use various payment service providers. The payment service provider is the personal data controller for its own processing of your personal data, and has separate conditions that apply to them. You get information about their terms and handling of personal data when you choose which payment method you want to use on the site.
Other recipients
We may transfer your personal data to other recipients, e.g. authorities, if required by us by law. We want to ensure that your personal data is correct and up-to-date, and you also have the right to have incorrect information about you corrected.
