KUMLIN SUSPENSION TERMS OF PURCHASE

Terms of purchase
All goods remain the property of Kumlin Suspension until full payment has been received by us.

If you are under 18, you must have your guardian’s permission to shop in our webshop.

The prices include VAT at 25%.

All fake orders sent to us will be tracked. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. Any attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

Payment method
You have the option to pay for your order by invoice, card payment and Swish. Invoices and card payments are made by our payment partner Klarna.

Delivery
We send all our goods by Posten. As a private person, you collect your parcel at the nearest delivery point. As a company you have the option of choosing a company package (PostNord Parcel).

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time may vary, contact us for more information.

Misdelivery

Transport damage
If you see that the package and/or contents are damaged, report it directly to Posten. If you have managed to open the package, please contact us as soon as possible. See website for contact details.

Failure to deliver
In the event of non-delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. See website for contact details.

Unreleased item
 For packages that are not redeemed at Posten, SEK 300 incl. VAT. Non-stock items are charged with 20% of the item’s price.

The Personal Data Act

  • Your personal data is protected by the Personal Data Act, which is based on EU directives and intends to increase the protection of private individuals’ personal integrity.
  • According to the Personal Data Act, we ask you to consent to us processing your data. All personal data that you provide to us is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
  • The information will be used for the purpose of enabling us to fulfill our obligations towards you in the event of a purchase.
  • Delivery address and delivery conditions are information that only our shipping partner and our suppliers may share.
  • You always have the opportunity to access the personal data that is registered about you. You can change these details yourself by logging into your account with us.

Reservations
We reserve the right for any printing errors or incorrect images.

Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day exchange and return right after receiving the item. This only applies if the item is returned in undamaged condition and in original packaging. When returning an item that looks used, an open purchase is refused.

Complaint
In the event of a complaint, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied. In case of exchange or return, you as the customer bear the transport risk. Returns against cash on delivery, bus freight and incompletely franked shipments are not redeemed. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
